Tom Moss, J.D., GLEG
Mr. Moss has 36 years in the insurance claims profession both as a practicing attorney and in casualty claims investigations. He is currently President and CEO of Tenco Services, Inc, a 70 year old independent adjusting company. He has become certified in the SANS/GIAC course, GLEG, for the Laws of Data Security and Investigations. He is also studying for the IAPP certification, CIPP/US.
Rebe Trickey, R.P.A.
Mr. Trickey has 41 years of claim’s handling experience complimented by 30 plus years of corporate senior management. His attention to detail in the handling and evaluation of complex claims is unparalleled. He is continuing his training in the cyber claims arena, and his aggressive claims attitude is infectious.
Neal Little, J.D.
Mr. Little has 29 years of claims handling experience in addition to his Juris Doctor Degree. He specializes in complex coverage analysis matters with extensive experience in professional liability. His ongoing cyber liability training has increased his certifications and solidified his role as highly valued in-house legal counsel.
Bill Straub, A.I. C., R.P.A.
Mr. Straub has 28 years of claims experience, 23 of which have been in a managerial role. His vast knowledge of the logistics of surveys and high exposure casualty and property claims run parallel to the in-depth workings of the cyber claims industry. His cyber training is continuing.
Sam Hufstedler
Mr. Hufstedler is an experienced casualty adjuster with 26 years in the claims industry. With his combined knowledge of decades of computer science and insurance adjusting, he excels in all matters of claims and cyber risk.
Maggie Moss
Ms. Moss has both claims adjusting and corporate management experience which reveals a focused individual who creates and coordinates high quality work in both herself and others. She has attended the inaugural first year of three in the Claims Litigation Management (CLM) cyber training course and is knowledgeable on privacy and security policies.
Brian Duncan, A.I.C., R.P.A.
Mr. Duncan has 23 years of claims management, adjusting and corporate experience. His background in claims and management provides the skills necessary to coordinate a response to cyber risks. He is continuing his training in the area of cyber claims.
Sara Neece
Ms. Neece is a claims manager and executive casualty adjuster with 38 years of claims experience in a diverse market. Her comprehensive and analytical approach to claims handling benefits our Cyber team. She is continuing her training in the area of cyber claims.
